CATHERINE CARLILE

With over 22 years of music industry experience, Catherine Carlile has worked and collaborated with some of music's most acclaimed global artists.

Beginning her career at MPL Music Publishing in London, Carlile went on to work with Sir Paul McCartney for over a decade. After relocating to the US in 2011, Carlile served as the Executive Director of the Looking Out Foundation and Creative Director for Brandi Carlile, before transitioning into senior management.

Over the course of her career, Carlile has conceptualized and produced multiple projects in music and film, including Cover Stories, raising over 2 million dollars for War Child UK. Carlile has curated and managed numerous artist collaborations featuring Elton John, Joni Mitchell, Adele, Alicia Keys, Hozier, Noah Kahan, Sam Smith, Pearl Jam, P!nk and Dolly Parton. 

As a leader in multifaceted creative management, Carlile excels in her ability to strategize, execute and uphold the artist’s vision, and build synergy across every aspect of their career.

Named as one of People Magazine’s 2023 Women Changing the World, Carlile has devoted her life to the intersection of music and activism, raising over $6 million dollars for global humanitarian causes.

carolyn snell

Carolyn Snell is a seasoned leader in the music industry, bringing almost three decades of expertise across artist management, touring, live events and marketing.

Carolyn has led the coordination and management of global tours for renowned artists such as Reba McEntire, Janet Jackson, John Mayer, Kenny Chesney and Indigo Girls. With a strong expertise in logistics and a proven ability to execute large-scale cultural events, she excels in managing both intricate details and complex challenges. Throughout her work, Carolyn consistently prioritizes supporting the artist while ensuring positive collaboration across all aspects of the operation.

Most recently, Carolyn joined Phantom Management, where she oversees the daily operations and helps execute long-term strategies for Brandi Carlile and The Hanseroth Twins.

Additionally, Carolyn is an advocate and former member of the Board of the Directors for nonprofit social enterprise Thistle Farms. She has also provided her support to numerous cause-driven events, including the Love Rising Benefit Concert, which raised over half a million dollars for LGBTQ+ causes in Tennessee.

GRACE HANDY

Grace Handy brings over 15 years of diverse experience in the entertainment world to Phantom Management.

Originally from Boston, Grace earned a degree in journalism and English from NYU and began her career with roles at Rolling Stone, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live, and the Huffington Post.

After relocating to Los Angeles, Grace worked in business development for Stand Up to Cancer, where she gained valuable experience in the nonprofit sector. She then supported a prominent musician, actor, director, activist, and author for over five years, before stepping into a producing role with ABC News. Grace's deep passion for music, entertainment, and production fuels her work and makes her an integral part of Brandi Carlile’s team at Phantom Management.
